What regional scale actually looks like: three Caribbean groups
GraceKennedy, Massy and Sagicor demonstrate different paths to operating beyond one home market.

Regional scale takes different forms. GraceKennedy grew from Jamaica into food and financial-services activities across multiple markets; Massy operates retail, gas and industrial businesses; Sagicor has built a multi-territory financial-services footprint.
The three groups have different operating economics, so a single comparison would oversimplify their strategies. What links them is the need to manage talent, regulation, capital and local market execution beyond the home country.
Their corporate disclosures provide a starting point for future reporting. This overview draws from company sources and is not a performance ranking.
